It's shocking, isn't it.
How Dyslexia could very well be the thing that keeps him from being like this. His main personality trait, his entire being, is based around his severe learning disability. If you consider the trade-offs, his past, his other mental conditions, and his true hatred toward the world, he might end up like this. Well... probably not so bad in the actual time, but when I roleplay it, he is like this, because it's his opposite, and 858 who had nothing to keep his mind preoccupied with. Normal 858 is an Anti-Sue. Caramel 858 is a Gary Stu x3. Comments

Critiques
This piece is quite incredible really, except that the background is kinda blurry, kinda like you enlarged it really big and all. -858's hair shading (the one on which he's stabbing the girl) is actually done very... I suppose you could say awfully. This is actually the first time I've ever seen a very funny shading like that.
I just noticed the tux is very shiny.XD
The blood is done quite realistically, and the impact is very good. I love the way you did the word 'Caramel' btw. It looks as if it's white blood painted on and dripping off the wall.
However, you probably should have made -858's head larger,since both scenes had his mouth covered by his glasses. And I don't think his nose is set that far down.
Overall, very well done Fhuj!
Alright, enough about the blood, as I think it looks super cool anyway. x3 The victim's arms seem a bit squashed close to the body, his left arm (so on your right) seems too short or the shoulder just doesn't seem to exist. 858's position with the victim is very good though. I have no comment on the shading, that's good, and, uh, yeah, that's about it. The background is good, the lighter feel of the blue does well for the effect, although I feel it wouldn't hurt if the blood splatter in the background was a shade darker, maybe shaded a bit more too to bring it out more, but I'm not so sure, I might just be digging for something to comment on here.
Overall, a great, inspiring piece of artwork. ^^
